Misaki is the main character of the series, and very Hikaru-Sakura-like in character ^_^ I guess that's the way Clamp plays it with their less gory shoujo series ^^; Anyway, Misaki is a very cheerful girl who makes friends easily, but gets very frustrated and gives up easily, and depends on others to cheer her up. She's very talented for a first time Deus and the Angelic Layer announcers say they will follow her with interest, because she's full of potential. She makes quick friends with Tamayo and and Koutarou, and in the later Battles it looks like Koutarou is developing a crush on her ^_^ The general realtionship between Misaki, Koutarou, and Tamayo is somewhat similar to the relationship between Sakura, Shaolan, and Tomoyo in Card Captor Sakura, minus the whole love-hate part. ^^' Misaki is the only one with faith in Icchan, saying that he's not weird, "just different." |
